Bob was the president of Ontra, a boutique investment banking firm, selling $5.7 billion commercial and residential proeprties (over 11,0000 properties) located in 48 states between 1991 and 1998. From 1999 to 2004, Bob led the southern half of the U.S. for TruGreen LandCare, overseeing $100 million in annual revenue and the corresponding 2,500 personnel. Since 2005, Bob has focused on developing Gracy's commercial division into a world-class organization. Citing Gracy's 1873 founding date, Bob regularly quotes that "we cannot shrink our way to greatness if we are to be your commercial closers for the next 100 years." |
