Cathy Bade has over 20 years of experience in the title industry and has been closing with Gracy Title (formerly Stewart Austin) since 1999. She has extensive experience in all types of closings, including residential resale, new construction, construction loans, commercial transactions and refinances. Her prior experience in the banking Industry working in the Commercial Lending Division for 9 years provided her with a deep understanding of loan documents and the importance of attention to detail. Cathy has two very knowledgeable escrow associates on her team that can also be contacted with any questions regarding details of transactions. In her spare time, Cathy devotes much of her time supporting the LTHS Booster Club. |
