She has been closing real estate transactions for the past 28 years; and has opened and managed escrow offices in both Austin and the Dallas-Ft. Worth area during her career. Susan has been in Austin since 1990, when she decided to make Austin her permanent home. In addition to closing, she provides extensive training for both new and experienced agents. She also provides training for other title company professionals in the industry. Her clients include both residential and commercial realtors, brokers, lenders, investors, developers and builders.
