She served as an escrow assistant to branch manager, Karan Knippa for sixteen years and has been a closing officer since 1997. Phyllis was born in Austin, raised in Gonzales, Texas and is now a resident of Austin since 1979. In her spare time, Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family, dogs and working on her scrap booking. Phyllis’s Business Philosophy for Closing: Always be proactive in every aspect of the closing process. It is extremely important to communicate with all parties involved in a closing. Our job is to make the closing process as smooth and pleasant as possible for everyone - seller, buyer, lender, realtors, etc. Exemplary is an attitude and we strive to prove that in every closing. It is very important to build a relationship with our customers. We want our customers to not only feel special, but to know that they are appreciated and that they can always depend on us for their closing needs. We want them to feel like Gracy Title is “home” and after all, there is no place like home. |
