Kathy Lagaza began her title insurance career in the early 80’s after attending the University of Texas and quickly became a licensed escrow officer. Growing up as an air force brat, Kathy moved frequently, this helped in developing her strong ability to adapt to any situation. You could say that she has been around the title industry block and has learned to be flexible and creative in getting the job done. Kathy welcomes and embraces the challenges of business. Her communication and problem solving skills not only appeal to the experienced real estate agents, but also to those involved in their first transaction. When Kathy isn’t busy with title closings or teaching real estate training seminars, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her dog. Kathy is also an active member of the Texas Land & Title Association. |
