100 Congress

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00

The100 Congress Office of Gracy Title is located on the west side of Congress street in the heart of downtown Austin.

From IH 35, you will exit the Cesar Chavez ramp. Go west on Cesar Chavez and cross Congress Avenue. On the right, before Colorado, you will see the entrance to the parking for 100 Congress - the sign will say “NO CUSTOMER PARKING”. The next entrance just beyond that parking entrance is for 100 Congress. The sign states “Parking for 100 Congress Customers”. Enter and take a parking ticket from the machine. We will validate it when you are ready to leave.

If from MoPac, stay on the First Street exit. As you get closer to town ease over to the left side of Cesar Chavez (aka 1st Street). When you cross the intersection at Colorado Street the entrance to the parking garage is on the left and you will see where the sidewalk is being constructed. Turn into the drive where it says “Parking for 100 Congress Customers”. Take a ticket and we will validate it when you are ready to leave.
