The publication of this information is a business expense of Producers (including real estate brokers and agents, lenders, mortgage companies and brokers, builders, developers, attorneys, and architects) for which Gracy Title is prohibited by Texas law to pay, contribute, share in the cost of or finance. Additionally, Gracy Title is prohibited by Texas law from advertising for sale or lease real property which it does not own.

Furthermore, an individual or entity (including real estate brokers and agents, lenders, mortgage companies and brokers, builders, developers, attorneys, and architects) who receives a thing of value, such as a schedule of weekly property tours published by Gracy title, is subject to monetary penalties for engaging in the unauthorized business of insurance.
