Gracy Title Company stands alone with a solid history of providing exceptional title services in Austin since 1873. We were the first title company in Travis County, and remain today one of the oldest locally operated businesses in Austin.  Our title plant and document history dates back to the sovereignty of Texas where the King of Spain granted land to the original settlers of Texas.
