"WOW Customer Service Moment"

We were all anticipating a rough last day of the month with 5 closings on a Friday.  Some how you all managed to make the day run smooth and had the docs to us ahead of the closing times.  We recognize and appreciate all you do for us and wanted to thank you for all your extra efforts last week.  We couldn’t do it without you!
