"WOW Customer Service Moment"

I am writing to tell you about the OUTSTANDING service that Heather provided today. For various reasons I have been waiting to get a contract from a buyer's agent for several days now. Even though your office was closed today, Heather sent a courier to the other agents office to pick up the contract and earnest money. I then felt comfortable moving forward with a contract for my Sellers on another home.
