We can't even begin to thank both of you enough for your hard work on bringing this to fruition. It was indeed a team effort, and without such a great team I don't think it would have come together. You're both to be commended for your professionalism, caring, and attention ... it's a rare thing to find such dedication (in any field!) and we count ourselves very lucky to have had people like you in our corner.
