"Top Workplaces 2012" - 3rd Consecutive Year!
Gracy Title has moved from a rank of 20th in 2010 to 19th in 2011 and now, 11th in 2012 as a Top Workplace in the category of midsized employers. Only one other title company in the area has been ranked in the past three years. We are extremely proud to receive this prestigious recognition for the 3rd consecutive year and to be the only title company voted as a Top Place to Work in 2012. Of the mid-sized companies who won, only six other companies have also been selected for three years in a row! Gracy Title falls into that small group of six!
Out of 40,000 companies operating in the Austin area, 759 companies were invited to participate in the survey this year. Of those, 138 companies agreed to participate and of those, 85 were rated high enough to be selected as a Top Workplace. The surveys were conducted by The Austin American Stateman's partner in the 2012 Top Workplaces of Greater Austin project, WorkplaceDynamics LLP, an Exton, Pa.-based company with expertise in employee engagement surveys. The company designed and conducted the anonymous surveys, analyzed the results and came up with the list of the top 85 Austin-area employers, grouped in three categories based on the number of local workers: Large (500 or more), Mid-size (151 - 499), and Small (150 or fewer).
The results for Top Workplaces cover topics in which employees were asked to rate their companies on issues like leadership, workplace environment and pay. For the results to be valid a criteria is established which requires at least 35% of a company’s local employees to complete the surveys. Employers are then ranked within categories of small, medium and large groups, based on their number of Central Texas employees.

Gracy Title was voted the “Best Title Company” in the Business category in 2009, 2010 and again in 2012! The annual Best of the Best edition of the Hill Country News is decided once a year by an online readers’ poll to highlight the best restaurants and businesses in Cedar Park and Leander.

For the 2nd year in a row, Gracy Title has been recognized as one of Austin Business Journal's "Best Places to Work". Gracy ranked 16th as a best place to work among medium sized Central Texas companies. There were 60 local businesses honored on Wednesday, May 11th in 3 categories: small, medium & large companies.
