For the 2nd consecutive year, Gracy Title is honored to have been selected in the category of midsized employers at #19, one up from our previous rank of #20 in 2010. In 2010 over 3,000 organizations across the US had their workplaces assessed using a comprehensive survey provided by WorkplaceDynamics LLC in conjunction with the Austin American Statesman. In 2011 the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin project involved surveys of 15,731 workers from 143 Austin-area employers.

“Best Places to Work”

For the 2nd year in a row, Gracy Title has been recognized as one of Austin Business Journal's "Best Places to Work". Gracy ranked 16th as a best place to work among medium sized Central Texas companies.  There were 60 local businesses honored on Wednesday, May 11^th in 3 categories: small, medium & large companies. Some of the notable reasons of what makes Gracy a great place to work include: Amazing medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; life insurance, 401(k), etc.; paid sick leave and vacation; increases in vacation over time; reimbursements for gym memberships or exercise equipment; discounts on personal cell phone service; discounts on software and computers; employee training programs; "Gracy bucks" that employees give each other that can be redeemed for prizes and gift cards; paid day off on your birthday.
